申请配偶移民的基本条件
一、申请获得两年配偶临居签证的基本条件
1. 已婚夫妻类别
有计划维持真实而长久的配偶关系（ Your relationship is genuine and continuing）。这种关系的存在是批准移民的关键条件。
2．同居夫妻类别
若是同居关系，该段关系在申请前已经持续了12个月 （You and your partner have been in that relationship for the period of 12 months immediately preceding the date of application）.
3．未婚夫妻类别
双方年满18岁 （Both you and your fiancé must be aged over 18 years）;
有资格在澳大利亚依法结婚；
真诚的希望于担保人登记结婚，并维持真实和长久的婚姻关系；
申请人于未婚配偶两人相互认识，而且相互了解 （You and your fiancé have met and are personally known to each other）。
二、获得永久配偶签证的基本条件（Basic requirements of awarding permanent spouse migration visa）
上述的已婚、同居和未婚类别，如果在2年临居期满后能够满足下列条件，则可以转为永久居留签证：
1．已申请并持有临居签证已超过2年（持未婚签证者必须已登记结婚至少2年）；
2．担保人的担保维持有效（即配偶没有撤去担保）；
3．与担保人保持真实而长久的关系，共同生活；
